The IR4100 can easily install and remove BGA, QFN, μBGA/CSP, Flip Chip and other SMD's. Featuring a 500W infrared (IR) top heater and 1900W IR bottom preheater, comprised 1x1000W IR Heater and 6x150W Peripheral IR Heaters. The IR4100 does not require nozzles. A specially-developed IR pyrometer provides non-contact, real-time, closed-loop temperature control throughout the reflow process.

- The ATX Intelligent Torque Controller is a 10-inch, LCD touchscreen controller for the CHP ATX-12, 30, and 50 drivers. The controller includes a network interface that stores and exports graph data, is user friendly and intuitive for easy set-up. LED backlight, the controller comes with either 1 or 2 ports for powering and controlling the ATX drivers. The large touchscreen interface allows the user to easily adjust the settings on the drivers for superior torque control.
